Age Concern Sunderland - Hospital Discharge Worker

£8, 950 p.a. plus pension and excellent holidays, 22.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between the hours of 10am & 6pm.

To provide short term practical help to older people returning home after discharge from hospital. A flexible approach to work is required. Experience of working with older people is required. A qualification in First Aid would be an advantage. Car essential. This post is funded until 31.12.10.
