Funding Development Officers
2 Part time vacancies- £23,187 Pro rata
Sunderland CVS are looking for two energetic, highly motivated and conscientious individuals to lead on this project and make it a success. The post holders will be responsible for delivering regeneration support services, funding advice and capacity building work with the VCS, ensuring the development and sustainability of local voluntary / community and neighbourhood based groups is achieved.
It is essential to be able to liaise with different agencies and cultural backgrounds and at the interface between the voluntary and the statutory sector. Educated to Degree level, with an excellent standard of computer literacy, be methodical and organised, with a track record of achievement and experience of Capacity Building and Sustainability initiatives. Ideally the post holder should have a clear and thorough understanding of various funding packages and regeneration initiatives across the City of Sunderland.
